Medkit

Voice AI patient simulation for medical schools — built to be the assessment standard for the clinical encounter exam. Students take a history and reason through a case with an AI patient in the browser; an attending grader scores the full encounter against published clinical guidelines (NICE, ESC, AHA, GINA, GOLD) on the school's own rubric. Claude Haiku 4.5 drives the patient persona; Claude Opus 4.7 runs as an Anthropic Managed Agent for grading. Voice transport on self-hosted LiveKit, Deepgram Nova-3 STT, ElevenLabs Flash v2.5 TTS. First pilot agreed with Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine.
